Training in the gym was not something that came naturally to me. I felt overwhelmed by all of the weights, machines, exercises and generally felt very confused on my first visits to the gym. So I found myself a confident and fun Personal Trainer. Knowing that I entered the gym with my PT for an hour, had a whole body workout and had fun was an amazing feeling. This inspired me to do the work I do today.
