How can you do this?
Personal Training – one on one workouts designed for YOU! Your training session will be planned around getting the results you want in the least time, making your gym sessions much more efficient and productive!
Small Group Fitness sessions can be 2-3 of your friends with similar goals. This will reduce the cost per session that you each pay, getting you fit and having lots of fun whilst you are doing it.
I am currently based at Pure Gym, Spinningfields, Manchester City Centre for gym based Personal Training until June 2013.
Online Personal Training Packages are communicated via email / Facebook chats / skype and consist of:
1. Personalised training programs, monthly or for a kick start to get you used to training
2. Nutrition plans including daily guide to meet you fitness goals, recipes and meal plans
3. All inclusive coaching packages including ongoing training, nutrition and support via email / Facebook re: ongoing questions and answers
